Nobody wants to read a legal document before getting their suits cleaned. We understand the friction. You want clean clothes. We want to clean them. This page establishes the ground rules for using drycleanerstampa.com and our physical garment care services. Read it. Understand it. Hold us to it.
Acceptance of Terms
Using this website means you agree to these terms. Scheduling a pickup across Tampa Bay means you accept our operational limits. Dropping off your garments at our facility binds you to our care policies. If you disagree with our rules, you must find another cleaner. We built this business on transparency. We do not hide behind vague promises. We operate in reality.
Service Scope and Limitations
We provide premium eco-friendly garment care. We process dry cleaning, wet cleaning, alterations, and wash and fold laundry. We run delivery routes from South Tampa to New Tampa.
We do not perform miracles.
Our eco-friendly solvents remove heavy soils. They treat delicate silks safely. They cannot fix fabric rot caused by Florida humidity. They cannot reverse a bleach stain you tried to fix at home with internet hacks. We evaluate every piece upon arrival. We reject items we cannot safely process. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any garment, at any time.
User Responsibilities and Garment Prep
You must prepare your garments before handing them over. Check your pockets. Remove every pen, receipt, and tube of lip balm. A single forgotten ink cartridge ruins an entire load of garments. We inspect items before cleaning. We miss things. You bear the final responsibility for what you leave behind.
Delivery customers must provide accurate instructions. Gate codes change. Dogs get left in the yard. Tampa traffic creates delivery blind spots. Give us the exact details we need to reach your front door safely. If our driver cannot access your drop location, we return the items to our main facility. You will need to pick them up yourself.
Unclaimed Garments
People forget their clothes. Closets get full. We understand the distraction. We cannot act as a permanent storage facility. We hold cleaned garments for thirty days without issue. After sixty days, we attempt final contact. After ninety days, we donate the items to local Tampa charities.
We do not issue refunds for donated clothes. We do not reimburse you for the value of abandoned items. You must pick up your property.
Billing and Delivery Logistics
Our pickup and delivery service requires a valid credit card on file. We charge the card upon completion of the cleaning cycle. We do not deliver unpaid
